“Manisha worked as a Senior Project Manager within the Business Information Security programme at House of Fraser. She helped shape the programme and her experience in security (ISF), data protection (DPA / GDPR) and global payment compliance processes (PCI) was invaluable. Once business cases and target operating model were approved, Manisha undertook four key projects to achieve the strategy. Security Training & Communication was the first critical deliverable within the programme thus to ensure the training to the entire House of Fraser employees was undertook reducing end user risk to the business by raising awareness and education.
